Serving young people ages 13–30 through Blaze Youth Church and the Young Workers fellowship, our
Youth Ministry seeks to nurture, disciple, and equip the next generation to live out Godly, biblical
principles.
Ministry activities
Blaze Youth Church (weekly services), Young Workers fellowship, transition support for youth leaving
Children’s Ministry, leadership training, camps, retreats, and outreach.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Nurture and disciple young people in love, equipping them with biblical teaching and life
application.
– Plan, lead, and oversee weekly Blaze Church services.
– Develop and deliver training for youth leaders and workers in line with the church discipleship
program.
– Advise on and coordinate use of program materials, equipment, supplies, and meeting spaces
for youth activities.
– Plan and run special youth projects and events (camps, retreats, outreach).
– Coordinate visitation for youth, leading teams to follow up with prospects and absentees.
