Youth Ministry
The Youth Ministry serves young people between the ages of 13 and 30 years through Blaze Youth Church and the Young Workers Fellowship. Our mission is to nurture, disciple, and equip the next generation to live according to God's Word and become Christ-centered leaders who impact their families, communities, and the world.
Our Activities
- Weekly Blaze Youth Church services.
- Young Workers Fellowship.
- Transition support for youth graduating from Children's Ministry.
- Youth leadership training and discipleship.
- Youth camps and spiritual retreats.
- Community outreach and evangelism programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Nurture and disciple young people through biblical teaching, prayer, and practical life application.
- Plan, lead, and oversee weekly Blaze Youth Church services.
- Train and mentor youth leaders and workers in line with the church's discipleship program.
- Coordinate the use of ministry resources, equipment, supplies, and meeting spaces for youth activities.
- Organize and lead special youth events including camps, retreats, conferences, and outreach programs.
- Coordinate youth visitation and follow-up by reaching out to visitors, new members, and absentees.
