The Doves, Eagles, Lions, and Ravens — teams that mobilize the church to serve.
Small groups are critical for church growth. They provide a way for people to connect and build strong relationships and supporting one another. Small groups allow us to connect with God – as many small groups incorporate a worship experience
The tribes at Omega Healing Centre Church include The Doves, the Eagles, the Lions and the Ravens. These are church growth and discipleship programs which allow members to meet regularly for bible study, prayer, sharing and fellowship. They also give encouragement and support to members in overcoming temptation and in developing a Christian style of life. They help members to report on their spiritual progress, needs and challenges and to receive support and prayer. Small groups have greatly contributed to strengthening church members and also attracting many people to our church.
Through small groups, the role of shepherding becomes more effective since church members feel obligated to reach out to members in their particular small groups through prayer, visitation and follow-up. This has contributed to steady spiritual growth and ministry involvement. Consequently, many people have become committed members of the church.
