OMEGA MINISTRIES AND DEPARTMENTS Under the leadership of Pr. Michael D. Kyazze, the following departments meet the needs of our church members, visitors and the larger communities. Administration and Ministry Support The department helps to coordinate and implement church activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The department’s duties include the following: General management and running of church office Planning and organizing church functions and events including meetings, retreats, encounters and leadership training Communication activities to church members Department and ministries support including drafting of operational documents, structuring, training and performance coaching Provide different departments with administrative related support Ensure effective support for coordination of church services on Sundays through announcements
